Bought new appliances refrigerator stove washer and dryer. Within ayear compressor was shot onfridge, sand srefused todo anything. Soon after stove faulted for main circuit board once again aand sresponse was that’s your problem. When mywasher and dryer was delivered the washer was dropped from the truck. Delivery drivers asked meif Iwanted them tostack them Isaidyes, paid them100.00tip for the stack. After all was hooked upand the drivers left. Inoticed several dents and deep scratches inthe washer. Contacted sand sand the excuse Igot was the delivery man was having family issues. Isaid okI feel bad for his issues, but that isn’t anexcuse todestroy mystuff Ibought. Guy Italked tosaid hewould get back tome aboutit, that was six months ago noreturn contact. Since then Ihave had several issues with the washer throwing fault codes once again contacted sand ssince itwas under warranty. Took three weeks toget arepair man out tolook atit. Repair man watched acouple you tube videos and said hehad toorder adoor lock. When the door lock arrived they wanted toschedule another appointment two weeks awAy. Iended replacing the door lock myself. Upon replacement the washer faulted out again for the same issue. Contacted sand sagain they sent anew repair guyout. This guy called GEand was told the main pcb board was shot. Again they ordered the part which took two weeks tocomein. After part arrival they scheduled anappointment toreplacepcb, which they nocall noshowed for that appointment. Icalled them tosee ifthey were still going toshow up(3pm) they saidyes. Atquarter tofive Icalled the store again and they were already closed. Next day Iwent tostore and this time blew upat them then left about anhour later arepair guy showed upwith pcb tire mywasher apart then said hehad toget something atthe shop. Heleft and never came back. SoI replaced the pcb board myself. Upon reassembling mywasher with anew pcb Iplugged itin tried torun aload and the washer again faulted out for the same code. Ithen looked inthe owners manual atcode faults, and the code itis reading has nothing todo with the main board orthe door lock. Iam done with sand sin Norwich. Iordered the parts myself from eBay for half the cost. And inconclusion Iwill say gfy sand sand spending 9grand onappliances and having them all gobad within six mothe toa year Iam done with your company. Myadvice stay far away… – show

This isa really great group ofpeople. And they really went the extra mile ata difficult time inour country when people aren't showing upfor work and parts are difficult toobtain. They did agreat job getting mywasher fixed, and itwas ata very fair price. Can't recommend them enough.

Please DON’T doit. Completely unprofessional lazy person that was sent tomy house. Even stated “I’m afraid touse ascrewdriver” ona stove Ibought from them two yearsago. Please, please— learn from mylesson. When Ireported this, the office staff was just asunhelpful.
