I started selling real estate more than a decade ago. I was blessed to join one of the most amazing and respected luxury real estate brokerages in South Florida. When I first stepped in, I didn't know a thing, so I asked A LOT of questions. I was surrounded by some of the best agents in the business, and we had the Best Broker ever. Many of them took me under their wings and taught me how to sell Luxury.Together, we pulled off some jaw-dropping deals. We also lost some amazing opportunities along the way. It's funny, looking back now, I didn't truly understand the impact of what I was witnessing until years later. I saw those top-notch agents handle all kinds of scenarios. I saw them when everything fell into place, and I saw them swoop in to save the day when things fell apart.Being a good real estate agent can be a lot like being a superhero. If you're doing it right, the people you're helping might never even know they were in danger in the first place. Were not in it for the applause, we're here to get the deal done. To make the whole process smooth, clear, and profitable for our clients.Grace under pressure. Attention to detail. Emotional intelligence.
