Use protective oven mitts or gloves to avoid burns or serious personal injury. - Page 4 This product is intended for indoor, non-commercial use in cooking or heating food items for human consumption. Do not use outdoors or for any other purpose. Do not allow the power cord to hang (e.g., over the edge of a table or counter) or touch hot surfaces.

NOTE: If there is no cookware on the induction cooktop or the cookware is removed from the induction cooktop, the unit will beep and an error code (E0) will appear in the Display Window. The unit will shut off. To re-activate the induction cooktop, place a cookware back on the cooking surface and follow steps D to H. -

FUNCTIONS SEAR FUNCTION Press the FUNCTION / MODE button, the red Indicator Light will illuminate on SEAR / SAISIR. The default temperature of 450 °F and the default time of 15 minutes will appear in the Display Window. The temperature and time will appearin the Display Window in 10-second intervals. - Page 8 CHEESE FONDUE FUNCTION Press the FUNCTION / MODE button 5 times, the red Indicator Light will illuminate on CHEESE / FROMAGE. The default temperature of 165 °F and the default time of 60 minutes will appear in the Display Window. The temperature and time will appear in in the Display Window in 10-second intervals.

BLACK TEA FUNCTION Press the FUNCTION / MODE button 8 times, the red Indicator Light will illuminate on BLACK TEA / THÉ NOIR. The default temperature of 190°F and the default time of 10 minutes will appear in the Display Window. The temperature and time will appear in the Display Window in 10-second intervals. -
